There is no automatic update of the PowerVu keys on the 12360 V 27500- Astra 4A 4,9 * E and 12303 V 27500-Thor 1 * W transponders. What is the reason ?

Возможно ли сделать автоматическое обновление ключей на кодировку PowerVu, на транспондер 10934 Н 13750 , HBO c 4*W Amos.
