I can't get this transponder to register any signal on my V8UHD today. Lyngsat does not show a TP at that freq?

When I do a blind scan on Galaxy 17Ku @ 91W, the scan always stops at 98-99% complete. The only way to continue is to unplug the power and reboot. This is the only satellite where I experience this problem. Any ideas?
