video streaming of dvb-t to vlc in windows does not work. Dvb-s works (SD, HD und UHD), but only dvb-t programs does not.

I bought V8 turbo and want to ask, if works video streaming of dvb-t to vlc in windows? Dvb-s works (SD, HD und UHD), aber dvb-t in HD h265 does not.
