got the other problems resolved just any sat west of 101 the picture and sound is garbled

anyone know if the non-mars firmware will be available to update the keys, maybe just the keys that are embedded in the software?
I have 3 V7 1 v8uhd, 2 v8x.s the v8x boxes do really good. the 3 v7s don't do biss very well.

Ok thanks I figure if the keys are in the machine it would reduce the time for the machine looking for them.

v8uhd slow to decode certain tp's such as:
3920v-30000-5/6-8psk
3980v-30000-5/6-8psk
4080v-30000-5/6-8psk
4100h-30000-5/6-8psk

this v8uhd is just great!

it actually has to voltage supply , I call them caps but I really don't know their names and they have a hair line crack in one a a black spot on the other.

Got my v8uhd today, Didn't work for PV till I put the new firmware in. Everything works just great, but the signal level is much lower than my v8 nova or v7hd or v8super.

bad tuner one of the capacitors isn't putting out the proper voltage.

My v8x is not a bug but a defect in the motherboard. Sorry for all the trouble. you may remove all my post related to this.

the box has no signal , when the coax is disconnected and plugged back in (while the box is on) it works flawlessly.
I checked my two connectors and the cable is not spliced and not damaged. It has to be the tuner on the motherboard.

Already did that. I have tried 5 of them.

This morning I tried the v8x and it work flawlessly but when I turned it off and back on it wouldn’t work, hasn’t worked since . this morning was the first time it worked but just once…ODD don’t you think?

the box isn't set up with the motor, that is in the living room, this box is straight to the switch then the lnb. I have 8 outputs and this one doesn't move either dish.

the v8nova that moves the dish is hooked up properly . works just fine.

Doesn't recieve signal from satellite dish, nor does emit a tone to switch between satellites with a 22k tone switch. Dont have a switch just a 4x4 one half tone the other half normal. tone is cband tone off is ku
