Re: Gtmedia set top box display card properties
Yes you can only connect ONE Bluetooth device.
In android menu "unpair" the remote and it will act as normal IR remote and let you use the Bluetooth.

Re: V8 Finder 2 Not Locking
Some of these finders could also output 22kHz from the LNB 13.18v switch mode supply at some LNB load levels. The lost of lock could also be the universal LNB being switched to the high band by this 22kHz oscillation. It should not be as much a problem in the Grey finder2 as it has a 7.2v battery tw...

Re: V8 Finder 2 Not Locking
Yes that does make sense. It sounds like you have the Green finder2. These have a too small 3.7v battery that struggles to supply full LNB power. With a low battery it will struggle to maintain 13v on the LNB and may not ever get 18v. They dropped this green 3.7v model quickly after release due to t...

Re: V8 Finder 2 Not Locking
Check you have the correct LNB settings, like LNB power "ON"
If you have one put a tone type finder in the LNB cable and check there is 13/ 18v power.
What model finfer2, Grey or Green?

Re: V8 Finder 2 and You Tube
This happens when youtube changes the gateway address and the software in the finder has the old address.
It will need a software update for the finder, if they do for that one thing.

Re: GT combo error in Vodafone TV mg007
in other words, on combo, if I open Vodafone tv, the application shows a message. unsafe equipment OK so it is the app running in the combo. They likely "see" what type of box you are running on and block the combo in fear that it will be used to card share. A while back net modems also blocked GT ...

Re: V8 TURBO can't play smoothly A F N Network at satellite NSS12
With the dielectric plate in the LNB, try rotating that to another position and check both V and H signals for improvement.
Record where you had the dielectric plate so you can go back.

Re: V8 TURBO can't play smoothly A F N Network at satellite NSS12
Hi With the 3m dish I used and the V8X 60% up seemed to be clear. As for memory, I think the issue with low signal is that GT Media units often use TOO much memory and over write memory used for other things while trying to correct transmission errors. As STRETCH said, try adjusting the skew of the ...

Re: V8 TURBO can't play smoothly A F N Network at satellite NSS12
I had no issue to start with. Then I moved the dish a bit off satellite alignment and dropped the signal quality down to 57 and blink down to 42. Then I did get minor stops in video with my V8X. Your issue may be the Turbo is not getting a good enough signal and is crashing with error corrections. Y...

Has not rolled yet.
Rolled 2 weeks back, but now listed as VC and PV as encryption type.
May not roll, was going to test with my V8X, same software set unit as Turbo.
Will post if I get a roll.

Re: V8 TURBO can't play smoothly A F N Network at satellite NSS12
Turn time shift off again.
Try changing the settings in AV.
The output may be PAL and the input NTSC.
Try the resolution setting as well.
Try turning wifi off, set to cable net.
Is this with a CCam account or just the box doing the powervu?
