i was able to pull it in, V side signal bouncing around till i adjusted the polarity up a bit, maybe i have a chattering polar rotor motor

I re read your first question and it seems your polar motor works with AAA battery. but the circuit board is burned or appears that way burned? corrosion? sometimes dried silver solder flux looks like that..... do you have another receiver to try? 1000 uf 10 volt capacitor at the polar motor is soli...

it reads the count where the dish is pointing

a cheap cheap feed horn servo does not exist on planet earth .occasionally on ebay a unicorn exists ,old guys die and sell off stuff

i ask today if i may have help ,north america down to one dish .this receiver does more so use more if helper allows.
