Can you confirm what receiver you have plus what software.

Have tried a few receivers this morning against transponder 11491V 7522, some of which had Mars software, ALL of which was getting NO SIGNAL. V8X / V7Pro / V8 Turbo / V7S2X / V7S5X. You could scan in your (Tivusat) channels first in order, than scan in the other transponders that you require, the channels should
be added at the end of the channel list, then you can sort these channels to order that you require, then save to USB.

The decoder that can decode 4.2.2 is the GTCombo, even i you have the correct keys your receiver will not decode.

Had a look at 13e 10719v 27500, on (Flysat) it is part of the (Platforma Canal +).
So i do not think it is part of the (Tivusat) package.
What are the names of the channels that are missing, you wish to view.

If you have a (A/B Switch), you could use the two dishes, but only one at time.

The best way that i know on getting a screen shoot is to get the picture you require on the TV, then use a (Digital Camera) take a photo, then upload onto your computer, then transfer to USB.

Having read your first post again, you say you have a set top box for internet channels, and the other for satellite.
How are these two boxes connected to your TV, are they used one at a time or both together.
Do you use the community satellite dish on any of your boxes.

Depending on what software you have on your receiver, your LNBB setup page should look like these.
One is with Mars, the other normal software.

I forgot to ask, is your dish part of a community set up, or just a dish for your own use.

What transponders do you loss, can you confirm what your lnb setting page is like.
What software do you have on your receiver.

What satellite are you on, is it a fix dish, what is your lnb setting within your receiver.
Have you checked all connections within your system, checked the skew of the LNB, has the dish moved.
With more information, users will be able to help.

Have you tried the (TV Mode) on the remote, also you could try using the Scart output.
As said by another user, when changing the power adaptor make sure it is 12V 2A,
Just check that the batteries in the remote are OK.
