Thanks Den. I have rescanned but channels are encrypted. Do I need keys, or the ones on 9e, are they showing on freesat v7hd decoder. Do you also need keys for them. Thank you once again for your kind reply's

Freesat Team is too slow to address issues these days. Sport 24 is off on their decoders, yet other manufacturers have already provided an update to their decoders and they are watching sport 24 since October 29th, so strange.. we are like to switch decoders

Can anyone assist us please. This has affected a lot of us in Africa. All the channels on MTN WORLDWIDE NSS-12@57E are off. These are powervu channels, but the encryption is so tight. Channels are longer working/Showing. Please assist

SPORTS 24 HD has been off for nearly 7 days. i understand they upgraded their system. The key must be changing every minute, making it impossible for autoroll powervu decoders to show this channel. its hard to have the decoder show this channel. We might need a software upgrade or else this channel ...
