I would just use a POWER INSERTER.
I don't see how GTMedia can make their Products satisfy THE WHOLE WORLD!
Their Products are AMAZING at what they DO!
And especially at the PRICE POINTS!

Well,i KNOW it Supports PVU.Lots of Receivers Do.
But Lots of them REQUIRE a Current Softcam.
As An Example,The V8X i have has the EMM CKeys Built in the Firmware.
Just would like to know if the V7 S2X has the same Firmware Setup?

Just checking.Does the V7 S2X have built in PVU EMM Support?
Or does it Require a Softcam for PVU?

when recording with V8 Orange you can record one channel (ex: history on Satellite 125 and watch any other channel in that tp. Just tried to record H265 Biss Channel.V8X would not recognize recording.Probs playing back in VLC also.
Can Biss,PV Channels be Recorded Reliably?
Was out of FTA good while,so not sure what can be recorded & what cannot.Can H265 be recorded at all?

Was checking out SES-3 @ 103W with V8X Yesterday & went to TP 4120-H,LAFF,GRIT,etc
Supposed to be DIRECTOR Encryption.
I got busy & left it on there a while,& low & behold Chan came In!
Watched for prob hour or so before changing channel.
Have not gotten the chans since.
Anyone have info on this?

Was mainly concerning the 24/7 BISS Channels on SES-3.
Guessing it will take time to Roll.
Have V8X on SES-3 4040-H Now.

EDIT: LOL...... It helps if you have LAN set as ACTIVE!........ WORKING GREAT !

Few questions on the V8X & BISS Autoroll.

Does the Autoroll support full time BISS Channels?
I assume it does NOT support BISS FEEDS?
Needs an INTERNET connection i assume also?

Just weird that the V7 Max is always the LAST V7 Box to get New Firmware....

Yup,got it installed waiting on 99w A F N to roll now.
Have to say until this release i always downloaded the V7 HD & Max Releases at the same time.I have both.
