factory Reset and re-load file again. factory reset after updating again

I've already tried it and it does not solve the problem, it keeps getting blue-pink, the hdmi is not because until yesterday on that TV it was a v8s and without problem.

Is the HDMI working fine?? have you tried using a different AV cable?

Hdmi Work ok v8s Work perfectly i tried new one and the same problem first firmware with RGB option Work well but last not work
