One cable solution lnb settings

Hi, I am using stargold sg-500k one cable solution lnb for intelsat 17. I am getting only horizontal polarity channels. I tried lnb frequency as 5150, 5750, 5150-5750, 5750-5150 etc. But still not getting vertical transponder. Can anyone help me to come out from the situation.

One cable LNB' only provide H channels. If you scan as V you should get the same channels again.
What they do is move the V frequencies to a lower frequency, so 4100 V will appear something like 3500 H (4100 - 600 = 3500 (5750-5150=600))
If you want to see these frequencies at their correct values you need to set up two sats, one for H and one for V.
The LNB frequency in the antenna setting for each is different. One will be 5150 and the other 5750.
When you have scanned you delete the H frequencies off the V sat and the V frequencies off the H sat.
Or you can just have one sat with the lower frequencies.

The LNB setting 5150 - 5750 is for a split frequency LNB. These switch from low band to high band by turning the 22kHz tone "ON". The 5150-5750 setting does the 22kHz automatically.

I have had one of these LNB's that did not work, it only provided half the frequencies. It was faulty.
