New to GTMedia setup in the US

I have purchased a GTMedia V7s for use in the US can anyone help me getting it to work
i have tried everything i can think of even looking for new firmware.Any help would be Appreciated.

default STB option uses PAL not NTSC, causes scrolling video in US.
Maybe they could fix that in new bins, and detect video with HDMI handshake in boot process.
