I bought a Freesat V7S HD and I would like to know the updated firmware and softcam.key so I can upgrade as I am not finding it. In the interface it has only VTS and not V7S HD. Maybe it's the same mans I was left with that doubt.

To upgrade the software you down load the file from the download page on this site and unpack the file.
Then save the "GTMedia_V7S_MiddleEast.bin" or Europe file onto a USB stick, smaller than 32Gb.
With the stick in the V7s go to the menu, Tools / USB Upgrade and select the file.
Note if you do this with the "All Code" method you delete your channel list and softcam.key file.
Save your channel list from the USB Backup menu and your softcam.key from the conditional access (Netwok) / 6666 / key edit menu.
