no change after software upgrade(v7 combo)

some two days ago my channels on 68east failed to show up and noticed that signal has gone down to around 49.i then was informed of new software and I did the upgrade but they are still not popping up and the signal is still the same.!where may I be missing the point?

RG6 cable is old and more flux.
after new upgrade, how did set some menu setting at set top box in the right way include softcam.key import?

plis help on the step 4 of the upgrade where I have to deal with the softcam.key.my STB has just successfully upgrade and so what do I do next about the softcam.key?

Please remember before you upgrade new firmware if you upgrade with all code:
1. prepare softcam.key , may be into menu condition access >> edit key and export key to USB-stick.
2. prepare data channel and satellite , into USB dump and select User DB
3. prepare IPTV list for import afetr upgrade new firmware. (Freesat v8 and GTMedia v8)
4. prepare new firmware.

If you upgrade new firmware with main code, may be it is not prepare above comment, because it is not loss after upgrade,
a little the bit difference result.
