Is this update official?
It serves South America, as the archives are for Asia and Europe ...
Re: Decoder restarting!
Yes all the software on this site is from Freesat.
The two options Asia and Europe differ in the sats they have loaded as default and the language options.
You can use either and USB save your user data and reload you user data.
These restarts you are having, are they when you are using ccam acounts via the net?
Or are they while watching FTA channels?
If FTA channels check that your unit is not too hot and that your power supply is 1.5 amp or better.
If your unit is very hot, some users have fitted fans from old PC's to their units.

Re: Decoder restarting!
Hello,
It is used in account and is in newcamd !!!
I'm not sure if the font used has 1.5A ...
But it's original from the device, I have it 2 years ago already !!!
Yes it does heat a lot, mainly the wifi. I've already seen some user topics with PC cooler for cooling.

I found here a source of an old receiver that no longer works, it is 2A.Feralkiwi wrote:Yes all the software on this site is from Freesat.

Apparently the problem was solved using a 2A source!!!
Re: Decoder restarting!
Try using the RS232 to hard reset your decoder. Get the tool here https://www.freesat.cc/forum/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=321 and follow the instructions therein.punk77 wrote:Hello!
