Decoder restarting!

Hello!
I am having problems with constant reboots with my V7 HD !!!
I'm trading the firmwares to stabilize, but without success !!!
Any tips from the most experienced ???

Note: it is only used in cs.

Yes all the software on this site is from Freesat.
The two options Asia and Europe differ in the sats they have loaded as default and the language options.
You can use either and USB save your user data and reload you user data.


These restarts you are having, are they when you are using ccam acounts via the net?
Or are they while watching FTA channels?

If FTA channels check that your unit is not too hot and that your power supply is 1.5 amp or better.

If your unit is very hot, some users have fitted fans from old PC's to their units.

It is used in account and is in newcamd !!!
I'm not sure if the font used has 1.5A ...
But it's original from the device, I have it 2 years ago already !!!
Yes it does heat a lot, mainly the wifi. I've already seen some user topics with PC cooler for cooling.

I found here a source of an old receiver that no longer works, it is 2A.
I will wait a bit before updating for this last att ...

Check if your SN is XXXXX, please update the firmware 04/01/2019, this issue has been resolved

Try using the RS232 to hard reset your decoder. Get the tool here https://www.freesat.cc/forum/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=321 and follow the instructions therein.
