My freesat v7hd go off after upgrade it to new fw

You need to do a flash.bin recovery using the USB. Do a search in the forum

Rename 05.11.2018 file to flash.bin. Unplug box from power , put USB on box, plug back to power while pressing Menu in the remote control several times until you see it is loading the file.

You can also rename a firmware from a newer Date.

Its not easy to find the right words for a search.
