allo caracol tv powervu and tandberg key 58west not working please help

Do you know how to enter the keys manually?? Are you using a softcam.key??
Caracol Internacional- 3791H- working OK
Caracol Alterno - 3786H- Tandberg Keys are NOT working
Band Internacional- 4156V- Tandberg keys working OK
