Say sorry about the last V7 HD fw is fault about youtube.

V7 Max and V7 combo enable facebook feature, Do you like it?

We tried to reduce the code size and enable it in V7 HD, but we failed ,the v7 hd flash is too small.
But we can reduce the max channel num to 4000 then enable facebook in V7 HD.

how much channels do you need?

I think that would be great and please try and address mtn worldwide channels which has failed to open for about weeks now.

Reduce channels to 4000
Remove Youtube.Remove Youpo*rn
and add just a browser!! or a iptv feature

My friend inform me found trouble new firmware of v7 combo as
1. T2 or terrestrial signal problem, especially 570MHz frequency no found signal.
2. Satellite Signal is not smoothly, sometime found freeze.
3. I did not check, Time setting at GMT +7 of Thailand but local Time much more 1 hour, Actual time at 1:00 o'clock but STB shown 2:00 O'clock.
(This comment you can check again. I am not sure)

Youtube is ok.

Thai subtitle did not center of screen rather than left side and nearly mid point screen , may be adjust to closely of below screen and change Thai fonts such as Tahoma, Microsoft Sans serif that is good fonts.

new firmware on 07-02-2017 still same problem in this case.

Subtitles are not centered, we have found that I will fix the next firmware!

And please fix the issue of subtitles...

No subtitle appears after record a channel that has subtitles using Freesat v7 Combo. I even tried using many video players such as VLC media player and MPC-HC, I can select my subtitle but the subtitles just won't appear. Anyone here experience the same thing?

Personally i dont want a facebook app, neither youporn app. Just keep a working youtube app and all satellite fuctions, please do not limit the channel number.

If you want to add functions please get back IPTV.

I would love to include iptv list in v7HD, and of course if it is necessary you could erase youtube, youporn and hundreds of channels.

But meanwhile, the epg is still not working as good as it should be, right?

Estoy totalmente de acuerdo con todos, hace tiempo que os pedí en el foro el volver a poner la opción de IPTV como venia instalado en los primeros que compré, no se tubo en cuenta mi opinión, a ver si ahora que hay mas personas que lo quieren fuese posible, también pienso que estáis haciendo un trabajo genial, enhorabuena equipo.

P.D: Para el proximo firmware, IPTV y mejor EPG.

Youtube and youporn are the attraction of sales for Freesat devices so don't simply request them to remove just for you! If you want IPTV there are tons of IPTV devices out there.

I don't think people will buy freesat for youporn and this can be fixed very easy just make 2 seperate firmwares one with iptv no YT, and one with YT without iptv

I don't really think that the success of freesat v7 decoder is for YT and YP app... nowadays all of us have smartphones,tablets,laptops or even a smart tv with a youtube app preinstalled on it for this kind of things, it will be better for freesat community to add IPTV feature than having two or three apps many of us do not use daily.

But as the user from the previous post, it has an easy solution, two firmwares and everybody happy. )(except freesat team who probably get a bit angry of coding two firmwares,sorry guys!)

Anyone know how to use my old channel-list's backup and merge with a new one in order to avoid spent hundred of hours organizing when a channel is added by my provider??

Great STAFF TEAM FRESAT off youtube off youporn and add only Iptv is the best for us I love my fresat v7 HD thanks.

How about just concentrating on PowerVu,etc Satellite functions! That is what it is designed for. Can get all other functions from tons of devices.
People expect everything for SO LITTLE MONEY!

Yo personalmente trabajo con otros equipos con IPTV y mas opciones , pero también pienso que desde hace dos años que compro este dispositivo, no estoy hablando de 1 ni 2 v7hd, estoy hablando de unos cientos mas, venían con la opción de IPTV, solo pregunté si seria posible que la gente que lo compró, podría volver a tener esa aplicación (como anteriormente), sin tener que recurrir a otros dispositivos como dicen algunos usuarios, que creo que aquí todo el mundo sabe que hay infinidad de otros dispositivos, también se que las personas que tienen freesat recomiendan freesat, y mas dado su valor, si esa persona tiene que volver a cambiar de dispositivo porque le han quitado la opción que ya tenia de IPTV, ya no va a recomendar freesat, pienso que también es algo a tener en cuenta, es quitarle a un niño el caramelo dentro de su boca.

P.D: Perdón por el tostón, pero se piensan algunos que pedimos por capricho, algunos comemos de esto, y el comer es una necesidad no un capricho.
Equipo Freesat, enhorabuena de nuevo, se que trabajáis duro, y que no es fácil.

We all have different preferences and opinions, personally i want a youtube app and get back iptv app, and i dont want any facebook cr*p and no youporn app.

if they want to add apps but there are space limits, i suggest to make differents firmware builds with different apps, something like this:

FREESAT_V7_HD_20170207_YTB_IPTV.rar (Youtube and IPTV apps) *my ideal choice

FREESAT_V7_HD_20170207_FBK_YPRN.rar (Facebook and Youporn apps)

FREESAT_V7_HD_20170207_YTB_YPRN.rar (Youtube and Youporn apps)

FREESAT_V7_HD_20170207_FBK_IPTV.rar (Facebook and IPTV apps)

Or they can make a Firmware with the option to install or uninstall apps, and offer the apps in separate files, it would be like this:

FREESAT_V7_HD_20170207.rar (no apps)

IPTV_app.rar

Youporn_app.rar

Facebook_app.rar

Powervu already works very fine, also BISS and Tandberg-Director, of course you need the proper keys.

I have no problems with these functions.
