No subtitle when play recorded channels

I'm using Freesat v7 Combo. When I play any of my recorded channel that got subtitles, the subtitles won't come out (appear) even though I can choose subtitle languages.

The subtitle option is there, but the subtitle won't appear no matter what language I select.
I tried use other satellite decoder to record, the subtitle will appear when play on computer. Only Freesat cannot.

Whether the channel is FTA or encrypted with Powervu or BISS or other, subtitle still won't appear.

Please fix this issue on the next firmware update. Thanks.
