V7 max problem with hd channels

hello, I just bought a v7 max. Im using it with arsat and a private iks server. Server works fine as I use it in other receiver but with v7 max when i put hd channels the channel run slow in video and sound. With sd channels work fine.
Already tried all firmware and stills the same.
Please help!

same problem, try to RT HD measat c band. freeze..
and in new software 21-2-2017 ,rtm 1 no audio. subtitle not center.

You have the same issue too???
When I tune to "RT English" on Measat C band, at first video will plays in slow motion, audio tends to stops then play (and repeat), eventually video will freeze/stop and never move again. However, the audio still playing as usual.

I try to record the channel. I play the recording at "Record Manager" on my Freesat v7 combo, the playback also happens the same.
However, no issues if I use computer to play the recorded channel.

I read other users using other satellite receivers, able to watch the channel without any issue..

well im actually tried a different receiver with the same iks account and in the same satellite and works just fine.
Im starting to think that freesat is not as good as I read.
