Freesat V7 combo

Hello all,
I recently acquired a Freesat V7 Combo and hooked it up on Intelsat 20 (68.5°E) on Ku Band.

I had been advised to leave N*BC*U's E! Ent**** on for 20 minutes purportedly for it to get Power*vu keys for the channel but it did not unscramble.

What should I do to get it start auto-rolling them?

terrestrial installtion cannot find name of singapore & malaysia, so cannot install HD channel, any new sofeware ?
