V7 combo black screen and 0511 on display

When turn on , I see the wellcome image than the screen go black. My tv support wery well all the resolution.
Its impossible to open menu or to see other things. 0511 fix on display.
I turned on off many times but still blocked
Its brand new!
Please help me!
