V7SX TS delay

I suppose if it's possible in Timeshift mode to record to disc, whilst reading back the delayed programme, the resources are there to do what you suggest.
How the timings would be managed I don't know.

Do you have an idea of what amount of delay would solve the problem of CCCam information arriving late?

The only GT Media unit so far to offer this is the V8UHD.
It has a menu option to "Time shift to record"

With time shift "ON" and "Time shift to record" "ON" too you can press record while in time shift and and the time shift recorded file from the last time you changed channel is saved (recorded) to USB.

I would think the software to do this would not be in older units.

I mean TS delay for bad cline not TS delay recording.
V7pro has this feature and it gives smooth playing with a bad (cheap) cline.
I hope software developer give this feature to GTMedia V7SX.

v7sx is DDR2 Memory: 512M RAM.there is no enough ram for this function.
But as @Feralkiwi said.
there may be a solution by usb device for this ts delay function.
we need to evaluate this feature.

I have make some experiment and delay 2 second is enough.
With only 512M RAM, please consider put TS delay with max 2 second.
