Does it still crash if you change channel with the LNB cable disconnected?

It may be a cable fault on your LNB / dish.
Also try a different power supply, 12v 1.5A or 12v 2A.

Hello the cable isn't satelite, its the operator cable, this box don´t have a lnb in, it´s only rf in, and ai have another box the same model and don't have this problem. I try use the power supply but it´s the same. If i change the channel with arrow key in control not crash but if i push the ok button and select anouher channel crash.

Sorry I forgot the TT was DVB-T only.

Try a factory reset and reload your user DB, or reload the software, either from menu or by the forced recovery method.
Don't forget to save any Ccam etc info and your user file.

Also try new batteries in the remote.

Do you mean that the info menu shows a different hardware version?

Hi,

The firmwares versions V296 and V311 have this problem, freeze when change channel or when open channel list.

The only solution its use V266 but I can't downgrade...

You solve your problem?

Thanks.

To downgrade, use the forced recovery / flash.bin.
