hi i am on 91.5 east his. works ax p.u. has sound but no pic.says encrt.i have up loaded latest software other channels work fine alos div,E on 76.5 e. same problem.any solution thank you

Hi,

As I think, the picture does not come out just by the sound.
That is because it is a channel of HEVC or 4K / UHD.
Unfortunately, Freesat's DSTB V7 & V8 can not play those channels.

thanks i got to work once i put latest pv key but pbo still not working

Frequency 3717 H PBO in Viva Entertainment mux ,
All channels have encrypted in PowerVu+.
Unfortunately, Freesat boxes can not autoroll　PowerVu+.

these can be open with new firmware (23/9/2017)
may be you dont have correct EMM in your soft cam.
