United Kingdom EPG blackout

I use the freesat V7 Combo receiver and since the november 2016 firmware to the march 2017 firmware, flashing after flashing different firmware the EPG information ( channel numbers and programme information ) don't show. all you get is the channel name and nothing else. I don't know if you are aware of this but if you are could you please fix it?

Please upgrade the latest firmware

The firmware update doesn't solve the problem. still the same
