V7s5x no signal

Hi, I made a blind scan of Helassat 39E. The receiver found more than 1000 channels. After that I decided to delete all scanned channels from the list. After the restart the device is booted successfully to the last viewed channel but the message on the screen is "no signal" and the device became uncontrollable by remote control. Please, help.

The user data file (Channel list fil) may be corrupted.
Some units do not like having all deleted.

Try a factory reset and then set up the satellite list / antenna setting and scan again.
Save any Ccam account info, IPTYV list and take note of your antenna setting LNB frequency etc first.

If you do not have remote control to use those menus, do a forced recovery
This will also do a reset and all user data is lost.

Forced recovery does not work for my device. I use this: GTMedia_v7S5X_Release_V452_20220224.bin, rename to flash.bin on root of USB flash drive. Switch on the device and push menu button continuously on remote control but I can not see Usb Upgrade! Do not power off!.

Change USB for small size, also change F to capital letter Flash.bin and try

yes. I also understand that it does not autoroll the TP 4045/V/10000 of SES 6 (40.05W).

As for the 4045 maybe it is not autorolling often. Some TPs are beginning to autoroll weekly or even not. So using latest ECM keys does the job. Leaving the channel set for a longer period may work also

I added the manual keys and it opened, but when I turn it off and on again it gives an encrypted channel.
I added the keys to the softcam, it opened but when I turn it off and on it gives an encoded channel.
The channels that he autorolled work without a problem, right away he opens the channels in tandberg with the exception of 2 RCN channels.
Connected Biss keys only work if the device is connected to Wi-Fi, if there is no internet the channel will not open.
If you place the Biss keys manually or on the softcam, the channel opens but if it is turned off, it gives an encoded channel.
To update with a previous software version, you need to rename it as "Flash.bin" and do a forced update.

Try moving those keys to the beginning of the Softcam and not at the end

Try entering the line in the CMD BISS section or add the line like this in the softcam.key file on Notepad and re import it.

B 0001 12699:09598:V 1234567890ABCDEF ;

check what your lines look like, ; spaces ect.
B / BISS softcam entry
F / CMD BISS.

I remember a time when adding 1fff for the provider helped.

I did that but it doesn't work, I think just a new update to solve this problem. Thanks for the help.

When I add Biss the channel opens but when I turn the device off and on again it gives the encoded channel.

I tried everything possible but the problem was not resolved. I did a factory reset, deleted the TPs then added and did a search, added the manual keys and also on the softcam but it didn't solve it. Thanks to everyone who helped me...

To keep the keys, keep the receiver switched on.
Why not save your softcam to USB, so each time you switch your receiver back on, up load the softcam from the USB to the receiver.

I wonder if this issue is that the channel is not flagged as encrypted?
Do any other BISS channels do this after power off?

If you export you user data file (Channel List) and open if with the editor, do you see a 1 in the encrypted column?
After export you could also place that user file in a .zip folder and attach it here for us to look at.

I exported to a pen drive the powervu keys of TP 4045/V/10000 of SES 6 at 40.5ºW and of TP 4107/H/3333 of IntelSat 34 at 55.5ºW. I saw that the keys of these TPs are generated with error, so no open.

hello, i bought the V7 s5x and it wont load, tried a few of the firmwares and once i got into main menu, but now i can not boot it up. just shows "on" then " load " then 4 lines and it shows on tv " no support " do i have a defective unit ?

No Support is that box is on PAL av output. Look on your remote control for TV.MODE boton and press until you see the screen. Or you can try using RCA cables (Yellow/Red/White) on a small TV. After you get video go to Menu Settings AV Output and change to NTSC if in America
