My decoder failing to import channels after entering cccam line what could be the problem

When saving the file in Windows it changes from cccam.cfg to cccam.cfg.txt, TXT does not recognize it as a protocol

No changing the response I get is failed

On Mars any name works, the cfg extension cannot be modified
