No visuals coming to the tv screen

Hi,
my newly purchased Gtmedia v7 pro mars has suddenly went dark in the tv screen when I try to change resolution, the set seems to be working and can change channel numbers but there's no any visuals coming to the tv screen, please help me how to solve this problem

With the V7 Pro, you have got the RF OUT, if your TV is able to tune in other channels, you could take a lead from the receiver to the Aerial socket of the TV, then carry out a retune of the TV.
There are two signals, one at CH 10 / 209Mhz, the other at CH 36 / 591Mhz, when you get one or the other, you should be able to get to the Menu
of the receiver.

There was also this to change the video output on some GT Media units

Added fast key to switch video output mode or format.
we try to support some old TV or some signal mode TV
Press menu key to main menu.(Panel show "----")
press Green key to switch NTSC/PAL, the panel will show "PAL " or "NTSC"
Press Stop key to switch the video format
PAL mode : the panel will show "576I" -- "576P" -- "720P"(50HZ) --"1080I"(50HZ) --"1080P"(50HZ)
NTSC mode : the panel will show "480I" -- "480P" -- "720P"(60HZ) --"1080I"(60HZ) --"1080P"(60HZ)

The UHD has a video mode button on the remote for this.
I forget if the V7 has one
