how to add nline to gtmedia v7hd?

I am resurrecting my old box, and noticed that cccam doesnt work, doesnt decode channels, and crashes the old box constantly, i know to add cline u have to create file cccam.cfg and put there c: server.com port name password, but how do i add newcam line or mgcam line to the box? Since newcamd requires different port for every caid, adding it manually is just too tedious...
