Differences in the V7 Models?

Hi!!
What are the differences in the V7 model receivers?
For instance what is the difference between a V7 Combo and a V7 Combo ATSC?
In addition, Can I load the North American Satellite List for the V7HD Receiver (posted in the Download section) into a V7 ATSC Receiver?
