DDR2 instead of DDR3 - Flashing

I recently purchased V7 .
According it's details hardware version is 25.07.2017 .
I had to flash this because it's not booted and no video ...

After few days i successfully flashed it . But i used DDR2 setting instead of DDR3 . According to software guide (serial ) it is DDR3 ram PCB .
Why is that ? According serial this should be DDR3 ..

If the unit connected it is the tight choice and will not harm the unit if you choose the wrong one. I am sure they do not slow down the manufacturing process just because they run short on one part or other. This is typical in the receiver world and sometimes a technicians nightmare.
