the bin opened the MTN channels well. but now
when I change the channel the screen goes blue for a moment
and then everything goes well.
what cut it be ?

Check what setting you have for the video output.
If you have "Auto" set when you change from NTSC channel to a PAL channel your TV will blue screen doing its change over.
Set your output in the AV setting of the V7 to NTSC or Pal and this will stop.

Mine was so I changed the system to ntsc and it was perfect
