Sound not synchronized with video

did anyone know how to solve about sound not synchronized with the video
I have a freesat v7 combo
set to ninmedia fta channel
satellite chinasat 11
98E

Wish someone had a solution. This occurs on many channels I like on 99W. My guess its the way they are sent out as the same channels are sometimes better in sync. Dave

Try to set your STB to NTSC TV system. Hope this helps

Unplug the power from the receiver then plug it back in, that works for me.

the same thing that works with some channel, but with others it seems that it has no solution.
