That TP is a newer high rate TP. 8PSK or higher and with HD channels you need a good signal.
You need to have a very good dish and signal to get it.
I just get it with my 2.9m dish here in NZ.
If you see the TP come up when you blind scan, but it does not load channels, this means it is just below reception for your dish.
If it does not appear when you blind scan them your dish has no hope of getting it.
Adjusting your dish may improve your signal.

Thk for your feedback.

I'm using 1.8m dish with c lnb in M'sia, first i doubt v7-combo not 8psk dvb-s2 std, however it's able to get similar TP setting i.e. 4180v SNP. and realize it may be the reception.

I've tried blind scan this TP and not come up, will try my luck with the dish.

Wonder reception on similar adjacent TPs e.g 4095h,4120h etc. which only a few 5~20 freq. away were Ok to receive - even 4180v no problem - why v7 sensitive in this spec range ?

Thkx in adx.

I find less signal for the 4100V TP than for the 4180 TP here in NZ too.
1.8m is doing well to get 4180.
