Missing channels

not finding some channels on astra 28.2e.
Hi I can't find rte 1 and rte2 doing a scan on my freesat v7.

Rte 1 details are
Symbol rate 27500
Fec 5/6
Frequency 12265
Polarization - horizontal

Rte 2 details are the same .
Am I doing something wrong or will the receiver not get this frequency.
