Software to Map/Edit Organize Channels

I did a blind scan and have a lot of channels which don't work and most channels are not organized by category.

How do I re-organize channels in V7?

Can you please point to some tutorials or guides?

You can clasify them by Favorites

I saw a YouTube video (I could not follow as it was in Russian) where there are downloading / backing up the V7 ROM image and editing the channel list using a software.

I didn't understand much as it was not in English so I am not sure if its a free software or free version is available for download

Ok for the moment I added some channels to my favorites list.

However now it is ONLY showing channels that I have marked favorites.

How do I view the channels that are NOT in my favorites ?

Guys I need your help.

I added a few channels to the Favorites in my Freesat V7 and now I can ONLY the channels in the Favorites.

Is there a way to view All the channels or un-do the Favorites

Played around with the Remote and found that pressing the "SAT" key gives the option to view all channels
