Thanks but I can't get it to work?? There was a thread with instructions on how to enter keys manually but I can't seem to find it?

There are two keys already in the BISS section, but they don't look like what you sent me? The keys that are already in there are 16 digits with no : and no spaces between the two pairs of numbers/letters? And there's 18 numbers/letters in the key you sent me not counting the : after the first pair ??

No hurry, I see the race is on A F N so I'll just watch it there. I would, however, like to learn how to enter these biss keys manually though.

This is a how to for the V8 super, I think it's the same for V7.
First, scan in the BISS CH, that way all you will need to edit is the 16 keys, then,
Menu/ Conditional Access/ 6666/ Key Edit/ go down to Biss and press ok, now press the green button to add keys, ONLY change the Key Data, go down to key Data and press ok, now press the Red button to remove all 16 0000000000000000, now add your BISS Keys, now press the yellow save button, now prees Exit, you will be ask if you want to save, say Yes, That's it.

Not working?? I put the key in and left it sitting on that encrypted channel with 92% Signal and 80% Quality for an hour and it never did come on? Humm, how often do they change these keys, and, will they update themselves like PowerVu? Shut down the V7 and booted back up several times and still not working??

The keys are working perfect, I have it on now, do it this way step by step, put it on the NasCar CH and do this step by step, only add the key the way I sent it to you, do not add letters CW to the key.

I've done that?? Except for the 6666 part? I see nowhere to enter that? I'll try to send you a pic I just took in a PM of the biss screen.

UPDATE: Crap!! No way to post a picture so I'm screwed there. Just be sure that I've entered that key exactly as you said to except for the 6666 part.

Yup, that's exactly what mine says. I've deleted all that info and the TP and rescanned/reentered it all probably a half dozen times and it still doesn't work.

Maybe someone else has a V7 that can confirm that it works for them and tell me what I'm doing wrong. Until then, A F N and Fox on KRBK/WSJX has the race on starting at 2pm today. I'd just like to be able to get the qualifying and practice stuff on Friday and Saturday.

Update: Well, I got to thinking that one thing I hadn't done in a while was to upgrade the firmware in my V7 HD. What I was running was an October 2017 version, because, it worked for what I wanted to do at the time so I never bothered to upgrade.

So, yesterday I upgraded BOTH of my V7s to the latest firmware and I'll try that with that NASCAR feed on 113W this weekend.

So, did they change the key or what??

Delete the CH from last week then rescan the sat/TP then add the keys from last week, if it don't work let me know and I will check for new keys.
