Urgent! 6 Indonesian Channels “NO SOUND”

Channels: ANTV, Avava Bollywood, Avava Diamond, Diamond Kids, RCTI, TVOne

Tested Models: V7HD, V7S, V7Max, V7Combo, V8Super, V8Golden, V8Nova, V9Super.

Kindly fix it urgently as my sales largely on the Indoesian workers here.

Press the audio button on the remote then right arrow, see if that works.

Nothing to do with the remote control. There are total of 45 ch in this satellite the other 39 audio all working fine. Only these 6 ch got problem with the audio.

What iq180 means is there can be multiple audio channels for each channel.
If you press the "Audio" button on the remote you can use the right left buttons to check for other audio channels.

Some time back there was a problem with some channels having "0000" for the audio channel, ie no Apid channel assigned to that video sid pid channel.

Nothing to select as there is only one fixed audio channel <snd1[0500]>.
