Well, for me it's the Straight Out Center Mount Or Button Hook Type.
Why?
Because they are SOOOOO Easy To Adjust Center, etc.
Just tie thin wire/cord to Feedhorn Plate & tie off to side of dish when get best signal!
3/4 Pole Types, you have to loosen all bolts etc,and you are IN FRONT OFF DISH doing adjustments!
With Types i mentioned, just use wire/cord to pull in diff directions FROM GROUND,BESIDE Dish for BEST SIGNAL!
Just my .02 Cents Worth.......Maybe Less LOL !

I agree, button hook are the best. You can set your F/D ratio, and then easily adjust the button hook in or out to the proper focal point. On a 3 or 4 point mount, you have to shim the whole Scalar, which can cause you to not have it properly set to aim dead center as it should, which possibly entails a whole lot of extra work.
