Hello Im waiting on a GTmedia V7S box and Im wondering if it comes with the north america satelites list already loaded in the box or if there is a bin that needs to be installed on the box so they will show?

they come with the ones from europe just like you put the satellite parameters and you're done

This one worked for me on my V7S HD. Download it, and load it on your receiver. It has all C and KU sats for North America. You most likely will have to change motor & any diseqc switch settings to match your system.
