How to enter the keys?

Hello everyone, I am new! I bought the GT media v7s and I have a problem. When I tune a feed (service channel) and it is encrypted in biss I can not insert the key in biss! Which button on the remote control should I press to open the screen to insert the keys? with my old decoder press info 333 and I went out a screen where to enter the keys. Help thank you !!


Ciao a tutti Sono nuovo! Ho comprato il Gt media v7s e ho un problema. Quando sintonizzo un feed (Canale di servizio) ed è criptato in biss non riesco a inserire la chiave in biss! quale tasto del telecomando devo premere per aprire la schermata per inserire le chiavi? con il mio vecchio decoder premevo info 333 e mi usciva una schermata dove inserire le chiavi. Aiuto vi ringrazio !!
