How to downgrade or how to make hard resset???

hello i upgrade the last version of v8 gold to v570 end now not wok good.the device frezz ,not respondig end need to Shutdown all the time.1 time in 30 min need to Shutdown
i tray to downgrade to v567 o somethinge else but the device not acept
can u help me to do downgread or to make hard resset ?

Whith this metod(rs232) Can downgrade old version of firmware????????????????because with simple usb i upgrade just the version v570.
but with v570 my openbox v8 gold when conect with internet frezzen the device e after need Shutdown.i try with wireles,with cabel lan interen ,with onother line of internet is the same.when conect with internet freezen all the device e not respondin.
if disconect the internet work good.
before upgrade work normal just sometimes restart but now work sooo bead .
can u tell me what is the best version of firmware ?end can downgrade with rs232 or if u know another solucion for my problem.
