I upgraded to the new software 24/05/2017.

In Antenna menu the dish move message still pops up AND the dish still moves as you go up and down the list at a normal speed.

More of a problem was that it looks like the DiSEqC move command is send before the switch command.
I found that if I was on a satellite with DiSEqC 1.1 port 4 and moved to the next sat on the list that is on Port 3,
the DiSEqC dish move command for port 3 is sent to port 4.
Very bad!!

In antenna menu it would be better if the DiSEqC commands (both move and switching) were not sent unless you move over to the right hand side menu to change those settings.

Owen did you try to toggle the "Don't show Dish Moving" option in the other Menu in case it's activated by that ?

I like your idea about not moving the dish until the user enters the adjustment menu on the right hand side via the right cursor. Another improvement would be if when you entered this menu you would be positioned on the satellite you were just viewing so you wouldn't have to scroll the list to get to it.

Btw I honestly think we have an issue in translation here. If you look at the release notes the fixed problem has to do with a dish movement message during No Signal which I believe was an unrelated issue.

Can anyone communicate with Lining in his native language the issue Owen is talking about ?

Maybe Lining or someone from the freesat firmware developers can join the discussions. There is plenty of time between releases for them to be sure what are they going to add in the next one.

I will look at the menu option for the "Don't show Dish Moving" option. I had not found that.

Earlier versions of the software did take you to the satellite you were viewing when you opened the antenna menu and the TP menu opened with you on the TP you were watching. Now the TP menu is not worth opening as you have to use the recall button to change sats in the antenna menu any way.

I found I could not add a TP closer than 28MHz apart.
If there was a TP 3100 I can add a new TP at 3128 but not one at 3127, or 12000 and can not add 12027.
The message "TP Already Exists" comes up.
This problem has come up before and been solved but has returned.

TP's need to allowed to be added as close as 3MHz apart

You can add 3127.　or allowed to be added as close as 3MHz apart.
If 3100 is horizontally polarized, first register with vertically polarized wave at 3127.
Then change to the desired horizontal polarization.

I tries all that and it would not work.

I will try reloading the software and channel list and see if there is a change.

Good day freesat.. Have anyone had a issue with some channels that shutters like play..? But other channels on same Sat / frequency work fine? With quality over 72%?
