V8 Golden Softcam Key help

Dear Team

Please help me to save the softcam keys in V8 Golden. The keys are not saving. I have tried many times importing the keys to CAS. It is importing successfully. But after a while, the imported keys are disappeared from the CAS.

Anyone please advice me how to overcome this issue.

This has happened to users a few times.

USB Backup your user data and then factory reset your unit, or reload the software.
Then reload your user data file and check your softcam saving then.
