Problem with the remote control in Nova orange

I have a Nova Orange, and the remote that it brings works quite badly, at a maximum distance of 1.5m, which makes it very uncomfortable to change channels. The distance of the armchair is 2m - 2.5m. All the controls in the house work perfectly, except that one.
sound bar, TV, computer, etc.
It happens to more people?, is there an option to fix it?, are there controls to download on the mobile that work with this deco?

Same here,is one of the reasons i don't use it.I remember reading a post on here about this and someone posted to preposition the box, it was either mount the box higher or lower it would work better, might search the threads on this and come up with better answer.

I found that if you use the remote control below the Nova it is bad.

If your Nova is higher that the remote, tilt the Nova so it faces down into the room.
I have had the same problems with the V7 Plus / V7s.
