YouTube and IPTV Video quality in V8 Nova Blue

I purchased a V8 Nova blue and was looking at the streaming and IPTV video quality and it looks pretty bad, it comes in in really low resolution, everything looks blotchy and not sharp. Is there any way of improving this or that is just the way it is? IF that is the way it is it does not make any sense since even Raspberry Pi and crappy cell phones can display video at full resolution.

I've watched some Youtube videos and it seems like 480p quality, it could be because thats the quality that it gets due to bitrate. Its certainly watchable !

I am not talking about the youtube channels. I am talking about the IPTV channels, they look absolutely AWFUL. I cannot even view them now after the new update.
