Dear All, I have been having some problem with the box. It requires a reset (On/OFF) every 30-45 mins to continue viewing the encrypted channels. Managed to text the dealer and was advised to upgrade the box using a USB. There are 2 file , one for V8 and V9. However, the .bin file only allows for the upgrade for V9 box and was advised to use the V9 file. After the upgrade, the firmware is now V9 and I'm unable to watch the channels.

Any idea how to upgrade the box to at least the old firmware so that I can at least watch the encrypted channels? Or even better resolve the problem of the reset. Thanks

To do a flash restore:
Place a copy of the old software on your USB stick and rename it "flash.bin".
With the usb in your box, Power On while repeat pressing "Menu" on the remote control.
The unit should reload the software.

Make sure the USB is less than 32gb. Also make sure the USB is completely empty with only flash.bin file
