Firmware for V8 Golden dated 11/12/2018 can't open Sony package on 68 degrees.why?

after upgrade new firmware on 12-12-2018, I try to do on 68.5E sony group and now wait autoroll key. more than 20 minute did not watch or decryption.

Finally, new firmware can not decryted of sony group at Intelsat20 68.5E.
